the history of LB pâtisserie :

Laetitia is the talented pastry chef behind LB Pâtisserie. She has acquired her expertise in the art of patisserie over the years, working for three years in a renowned patisserie in Sion, Switzerland. During this time, she perfected her skills in the production of pastries and desserts.

Driven by the desire to take on new challenges, Laetitia continued her career and worked for seven years at David Chocolatier in Crans-Montana, followed by a year at a renowned chocolaterie in London's Hill Street. There she honed her skills in combining flavours and learning how to create chocolate of exceptional quality.

Strongly influenced by these varied and enriching experiences, Laetitia decided to start her own business and opened LB Pâtisserie. Her aim is to offer artisan pastries of the highest quality, made from the best raw materials. She is proud to share her love of artisan pastries and her passion for creating unique and exquisite flavours with her customers.
